Our postage system is easy to understand. Postage is added at the checkout stage depending on how heavy (in weight) your order is. You are then able to choose your preferred method of postage.

Expect delivery of your order within 28 days, although most items will normally be dispatched within 24hrs and received within 48-72 hrs. If we cannot deliver the goods within this time we will tell the customer immediately and agree on another time for delivery. If we cannot agree on another time, we will offer the customer a refund.

We reserve the right to choose the method of postage. Alternative equivalents may be chosen regardless of the method decided at the checkout area.

MagicGeek Refund Policy

To begin the returns and refund process, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.

We want your shopping experience to be the best it can be. However, we realize that a small percentage of our customers may occasionally wish to return merchandise for a refund. Wherever possible we will work with you on items that have been purchased incorrectly or on items you are dissatisfied with upon receipt. However, all refunds are solely at the discretion of magicgeek.co.uk and unfortunately costs incurred on postage & packaging of the goods are unlikely to be refunded except under exceptional circumstances.

If the return is being made due to a mistake on our end, we will refund all shipping charges associated with the returns transaction.

If goods are returned due to being faulty, so long as they are returned within a reasonable time the remedy afforded to the customer, under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended), will be that we will look to support your claim wherever possible as noted above.

Also, where a consumer exercises their cancellation rights the customer will be given a refund within 30 days of their cancellation.

Sealed Trading Card Products

If an item was sent to you sealed (for example, a sealed starter deck) and you opened the item, that item can not be returned. There are no exceptions to this policy.
