These terms of order in no way affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

No contract will exist between you and magicgeek.co.uk for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until magicgeek.co.uk accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time magicgeek.co.uk sends the order acceptance e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail).

magicgeek.co.uk reserves the right refuse any order which is deemed not to have been conducted in the correct way or where any foul play may have taken place. magicgeek.co.uk also retains the right to not complete any order it wishes providing that monies have not been taken or a full refund is given. By placing an order and giving credit card details on our secure server you the consumer are bound and contracted to complete the sale unless magicgeek.co.uk decides otherwise.

MagicGeek Refund Policy

To begin the returns and refund process, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.

We want your shopping experience to be the best it can be. However, we realize that a small percentage of our customers may occasionally wish to return merchandise for a refund. Wherever possible we will work with you on items that have been purchased incorrectly or on items you are dissatisfied with upon receipt. However, all refunds are solely at the discretion of magicgeek.co.uk and unfortunately costs incurred on postage & packaging of the goods are unlikely to be refunded except under exceptional circumstances.

If the return is being made due to a mistake on our end, we will refund all shipping charges associated with the returns transaction.

If goods are returned due to being faulty, so long as they are returned within a reasonable time the remedy afforded to the customer, under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended), will be that we will look to support your claim wherever possible as noted above.

Also, where a consumer exercises their cancellation rights the customer will be given a refund within 30 days of their cancellation.

Sealed Trading Card Products

If an item was sent to you sealed (for example, a sealed starter deck) and you opened the item, that item can not be returned. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Payment Methods

magicgeek.co.uk takes credit card orders from most major credit cards via Pay Pal. We are also looking at setting up the means to receive direct credit card payments. We can also accept cheques (made payable to S.Avann) - please review payment terms upon checkout.

All of our payment transactions are processed using a secure encrypted connection for your personal security and peace of mind.

Delivery

Expect delivery of your order within 3-5 working days within the UK, 5-7 days to European countries and 7-10 working days anywhere else in the world, although most items will be dispatched within 24hrs from us (most UK deliveries are received within 48-72 hrs).

If we cannot deliver the goods within this time we will tell the consumer immediately and agree on another time for delivery.

Delivery prices

Delivery prices are priced on weight and will be added automatically when an order is place. This will be broken down into the component of price and delivery charge. The final price will be in pounds sterling (unless otherwise stated).

Please note that the P&P quoted includes postal fees, packaging and all handling fees associated with this transaction. We always try to combine P&P on multiple purchases but e-mail us if you prefer to check before purchase.

Cancellation Rights

You the consumer are given the right to cancel as required by the Distance Selling Regulations. You the consumer have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason.

The cancellation period in the case of contracts for the supply of goods begins with the day on which the contract is concluded. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of 7 working days, beginning on the day after the day on which the consumer receives the goods. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were sent.

Handling of Complaints

We treat complaints very seriously and will do our utmost to work with you to ensure your concerns are addressed in full.

Our policy is:

In every case we will acknowledge enquiries and complaints within 5 working days.

In every case we will advise the consumer how long it will take to resolve the complaint.

In every case we will keep the consumer informed throughout the process.
